🎨 Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 21, 20251. General
- I offer digital illustration services.
- I may decline or cancel any commission.
- Terms may change anytime; major updates will be announced.2. Payment
- Full payment is required upfront (via PayPal).
- Payment plans are available for a period of 1-3 months as well. An initial payment of at least 25% of the total price is required to start the plan.
- Prices are in USD and may change based on complexity the briefs
- Invoices must be paid within 48 hours to secure your slot.3. Commission Process
- Discussing : we discuss about the details. You provide details and references.
- payment : i will breakdown the price for you. Payment is completed upfront.
- Sketch : i will start progress from the sketch and preview the sketch to you after its done.
- Rendering : i will start coloring and rendering after the sketch is fixed
- delivery : after everything is done and fixed, I will deliver the artwork in high-res. File sent via email or link.4. Revisions
- 5x free major revisions during sketch phase.
- 3x free major revisions during rendering phase.
- for Extra or major changes after rendering = extra fee.5. Copyright & Usage
- You get personal-use rights only (e.g., avatar for your social media, post with credit).
- DON'T sell or profit from my work (via merch, resale, or redistribution) unless commercial price has been paid
- DON'T modify my work, copying, tracing or claim the work as your own!6. Refunds
- 100% refund if I haven’t started.
- 50% refund after sketch is done
- 10% refund after base color results is done
- No refund after final result is done.7. Turnaround
- 1 – 4 weeks depending on queue and project.
- Rush orders may cost extra.
- I’ll inform you of delays.

Commercial use is not included. You may use the character in personal projects freely.
Commercial use was only available if the adopt was purchased via Set Price (SP).C. Deliverable Files
Once payment clears, you will receive the Character Design files via Google Drive or WeTransfer.
This includes a high-resolution PNG and a separate PNG with a transparent background.Be polite and clear.
Rude or abusive behavior will result in cancellation without refund.By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms
